A Project Management System Built for AI Agents
How I built a lightweight, AI-native project management system using structured markdown, a real-time dashboard, and an AI backlog agent — all living inside my codebase.

About
I'm a highly experienced software engineer with ~9 years of building things that matter, focusing on backend and systems work. I take projects from zero to production — from initial research and ideation through architecture, development, and deployment of systems that are stable, scalable, and secure. I'm proactive and self-managed. My deepest expertise is in blockchain, and I've been hands-on with AI since ChatGPT's release, including building multi-agent agentic systems.
I hold two US patents in blockchain address identification. I think deeply about product and business — not just code. I mentor engineers, raise code quality bars, and care about building systems that are powerful, understandable, and resilient.
I'm a husband and dad of 3 energetic boys. When I'm not engineering, you'll find me hiking trails, exploring ideas over good conversation, playing guitar (sometimes), or deep in a Civilization or Fallout game.
